    1. Business Information

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by:

    Soul Sisters Traveling Art Parties
    Paint and art party services (β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”).

    By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


    2. Services

    We provide paint and/or art parties, workshops, and related activities for private events, including children’s parties, family events, and group gatherings.

    All services are subject to availability and confirmation.


    3. Booking & Payment

    • A booking is not confirmed until payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.
       
    • Prices are agreed upon at the time of booking.
       
    • Payment must be made by the accepted methods listed on our website or invoice.
       
    • Any additional guests, time, or supplies requested may result in extra charges.


    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
       
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
       
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
       
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, you will receive a refund or credit.


    5. Participants & Supervision

    • For children’s parties, a parent or responsible adult must be present at all times.
       
    • We are not responsible for supervising children beyond the art activity instruction.
       
    • Participants are expected to follow instructions for safety and respectful behavior.


    6. Safety & Materials

    • We use non-toxic, washable art materials whenever possible.
       
    • Paint and art activities can still be messy. By booking, you accept the risk of stains to clothing, furniture, or surfaces.
       
    • We are not responsible for damage to personal items.
       

    Tip: Participants should wear clothes that can get messy.


    7. Location & Setup

    • The client is responsible for providing adequate space for the activity.
       
    • For in-home or venue events, the client agrees that the space is safe and suitable.
       
    • We are not responsible for venue restrictions or permissions.


    8. Photos & Media

    • Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes only with consent.
       
    • If you do not wish for photos to be taken or used, please notify us in writing before the event.


    9. Liability Waiver

    By participating in our services, you agree that Soul Sisters Traveling Art Parties is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after the event, except where required by law.


    10. Behavior & Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to:

    • Stop an activity if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive
       
    • Refuse service to anyone who does not follow these Terms and Conditions
       

    No refunds will be issued for events stopped due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior.


    11. Intellectual Property

    All lesson plans, designs, and instructions provided by us remain our property and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.


    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised β€œLast Updated” date.

    Return and Refund Policy

     

    Refund & Rescheduling Policy

    Last Updated: 01/05/2026

    No Refunds

    All payments made to Soul Sisters Traveling Art Parties are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments.

    Rescheduling

    While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your party under the following conditions:


    • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
       
    • Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
       
    • The rescheduled party must take place within 3-6 months of the original event date.
       
    • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless otherwise approved.
       

    Late Cancellations or No-Shows

    • Parties canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
       
    • Payment will be forfeited in these cases.
       

    Business Cancellations

    If Soul Sisters Traveling Art Parties must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered:


    • A rescheduled date or
       
    • A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible)
